Negative experience: I called to find out if it was possible to book a round trip flight outside of Canada (to the Maghreb with Air Canada). The lady replied that it was possible to do this, but she told me that before starting she needed to inform me of a few things. - First, that for this type of reservation, I had to appear in person. - Second, that their prices are not different from what I can see for myself on websites. - And third, that the agency charges $128 per person before starting to research the flight itinerary. This $128 is non-refundable even if we decide not to take the flight, and it must be paid before she starts to do the research.
