Negative experience: I strongly advise against booking with Laurier du Vallon Place Sainte-Foy. We booked with them at the beginning of 2023 for a trip to Mexico. Our flight was canceled with no news from the travel agency for 4 days. We had booked two adjacent rooms, and we are at the far end of the resort. Stay away from this agency!

Negative experience: Service was rather ordinary... I am disappointed with my experience. The representative was nice but was not able to inform us about our destination. Only two hotel choices and we had to twist her arm to get a link to the available activities. It's my first trip and I expected to have some brochures and leave my meeting with a bit more information than what I already found online. We are leaving in February and we have never been followed up. It's disappointing but I was told I would get better service with CAA. Maybe it's because of our travel credit? I hope that's not the case....
