Negative experience: If you have the opportunity to travel with another carrier, do it! My flight was canceled in the middle of June, I spoke to 16 customer service people, I spent more than 25 hours talking to all these people, and I still don’t have my refund for my fees and access to my compensation. They keep dodging reasons so as not to pay compensation; their excuse was, 'We offered you to cancel your entire trip (with two hours’ notice) or take a flight to another destination for over 800 from the starting point, and figure out how to get to your destination.’ It’s ridiculous. No support from Air Transat in case of problems.

Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with Transat agency in the Capital for several years. Our advisor is Johannie Massicotte. She has always given us good advice and she is very professional in her work. She is our little gem! We have always been very satisfied!

Negative experience: Only by appointment..but well, very quiet, zero customers in the branch. The lady tells us that she can only see us if we know exactly what we want. We ask her about the spring break. She discourages us by saying that prices increase every day..well, we also follow that a bit on the Web and we are a bit surprised by her comments. We left. Employee very uninterested in serving us.

Negative experience: My experience at Air Transat - Galeries de la Capitale Mall was disheartening. Upon entering and requesting assistance in English to check a flight, I encountered an unhelpful response from the staff. The immediate refusal to communicate in English, accompanied by a lack of effort to assist, was disappointing, especially for an airline operating in the tourism industry. Effective communication is crucial in such settings, and this encounter fell short of the expected standard. Positive experience: Good service but you need to make an appointment at least a week in advance if you are not available on the day.

Negative experience: The employee present was not able to take two minutes to unlock the door for us. We only wanted travel brochures, but I suppose we will go look elsewhere, thank you anyway.

Negative experience: One wonders why some people choose customer service to be so unpleasant with customers (second office on the left especially). Change professions and customers will finally be satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service with very good advice to properly choose the destination that suited me. I was hesitant because of the bad publicity of the airline Air during the pandemic. But a friend pointed out to me that during this period it was not the agency's fault even though it bore the name Transat. In short, I met the advisor Jenny. She really took the time to understand my tastes and expectations for my trip, and it was perfect. Thank you.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. The lady welcomed us at the door without offering us a place to sit. It felt somewhat racist as if, since we are black, we can’t afford to pay for a trip. Never again.
