Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend this company. My agent was CG, flighty but I thought competent. Wrong. She left me hanging many times, poor service, didn't follow up nor did she ever get back to me even with 3 or more attempts by me. Even meeting in person she didn't tell me my payment deadline. Another staffer, Jane had to manage my itinerary

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd time booking with Cindy at Fareconnect. When my cruise vacation (not booked through Fareconnect) was cancelled, I called Cindy to book a new trip immediately. Cindy returned my call first thing in the morning and spent an hour on the phone with me to book me a new trip. Let me make it know that this was while she was currently on vacation herself!! Talk about customer service… Cindy went above and beyond for me and I would recommend Fareconnect to anyone! Thanks for the great service.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst travel agency I’ve ever used. We used Jody and I HIGHLY recommend not using her. She didn’t do anything to help us when it came to try booking a trip for our wedding/honeymoon. When asking about insurance because it was cancelled due to Covid, she would read messages and leave on read. I would NEVER use her again nor would I ever recommend her. I went to higher management to get answers about the insurance and information I was looking for and I still got nothing. Absolutely nothing good about this place

Negative experience: Jody has still not given my parents the credits over two months later. Abysmal service. Impossible to get answers. Doesn’t reply or answer calls. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: I just got back from Mexico. Jane Ostash took care of booking the whole trip from the flights and hotel to the insurance and airport pick-up and drop-off. I had no troubles. She also gave me a list of recommendations to make sure I was properly prepared. Thanks Jane!

Negative experience: I reached out to Cindy Gaudet about a flight I wanted a quote on. She emailed me back asking for passport details, and after I gave her them, I never heard from her again despite the 2 emails I sent to her. I don't recommend this travel agency.

Negative experience: We used Cindy for our vacation to Punta Cana in the Dominican and she told us she was sending us to a small resort and the beaches were beautiful. The resort had at least 1500 people, there was never any lawn chairs, trying to eat was a nightmare. We also went on an excursion and it was awful. She was supposed to notify Sunwing about what happened and she stopped emailing me after about a month. I would not recommend this business for your booking your travel.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever through a travel agency. Not sure if they realized that people within the wedding group spoke with each other or not, but she gave inconsistent info to different people. And when called out on it got very aggressive in email responses, asked about golfing packages through the resort we went to and was told the hotel does not offer that, well soon as we got to resort they asked if we would be interested in golfing. Maybe do some more research where you are sending people and be more knowledgeable in where you are sending people. A group of 40+ will talk to each other, so also be consistent in you answers and when called out on something own up to your mistake. Will never EVER use this agency or any other connected with Fareconnect after this experience. Very Disappointed.
