Expérience fantastique: We joined the four days tour to see the red maple leaves in east Canada, this is the first time we joined Safeways and the overall itinerary was good and our tour guide Vena and bus driver Frank were both very nice and professional, they took care of everyone within the group especially the elders. Vena always try her very best to facilitate additional requests from some group members and keep reminding us the important things like the pick up location/time and personal belongings. We had a great time with Safeways. I will definitely recommend them and will join again in the future.

Expérience fantastique: 和媽媽一起參加「加東楓葉大道、翠湖山賞楓4日深度遊（MTM）」，係全廣東話團 去了Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Mont Tremblant等，本來怕太短時間但又不想行程包括瀑布（因為已去過/可以自己改天再去），最後我和媽媽都十分喜歡行程安排，風景如畫，很幸運地遇上對的時候看紅葉，100%全開。行程內就算是參觀博物館也一點都不沉悶，每個景點逗留的時間尚算足夠，酒店也很好（選了A團）。導遊Dianna非常專業，講解歷史背景、景點介紹都很豐富清楚；司機Edgar十分友善也很貼心，開車技術高超，很舒適。膳食安排還好，因為城市與城市之間的車程太遠，途中沒有什麼餐廳，有兩餐只能吃快餐，其他安排好的餐廳都不錯。四個字形容這個旅遊團：物超所值

Expérience fantastique: We are a group of seven joining tour to East Canada for three days, luckily have Vena as our tour guide and Carson as our bus driver Vena was always pleasant, she was very attentive, explaining all the sightseeing points in details and efficiently with three languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She alerted to traffic and flexible to traffic routes, so that all could arrive home timely. Carson drove safely and especially impressed that we could have a cleaned compartment every day. Good trip, highly recommend to any body.

Expérience fantastique: We are just completing our 4 days tour of Eastern Canada, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Mont Tremblant, 1000 Islands. Our tour guide Sally is very hard working and knowledgeable. She tended to everyone needs with great efficiency. Her pleasant personality made her endearing to this diversified group. She spoke English, Mandarin and Cantonese very well. The bus driver Mynor is a good driver and was very pleasant too. This 4 days tour was worth it. We had an enjoyable time and the group was respectful of all the rules.

Expérience fantastique: 7 days Ontario eastern coast tour Total over 3,700km milage based on Google map timeline Two of the days over 9 hours on the road that are the longest day . Guide : Solomon Liu 5 stars Polite, experienced, patience, organized Explained our daily timeline clearly and what to be expected. Arranged stop average every 2 1/2 hour that is a good timing for rest, washroom and catching time. Use both Cantonese and Mandarin to make sure tourist understand. Arranged visit timing well especially at reverse river and lower cape that need to visit at certain time of the day for the best view. Available to answer any questions about the trip and tour sites. Share his interesting stories about his experience and the sites. Good balance on video viewing time, trip explanation time, napping time , route stop time....etc. Strong administrative work on hotel room, breakfast pick up, meal table , meal options...and all other arrangements. Driver: Wilson 5 stars Polite and patience. Good and safe driving skill. Hotel All meet expectations except the crown plaza hotel that is a bit old and has smell in the room. Meal All meet expectations except the hot pot Chinese restaurant. Food replenishment is slow. Air Con is insufficient for hot pot. Service is not fast enough due to limited number of server. As a whole, my sister and I have positive feelings on this trip and highly recommend.

Expérience positive: Overall we enjoyed the tours. Covered the main places in the different provinces. Informative commentaries, learned a few interesting points in places visited Tight schedule, early starts did not allow us time to go to mass on Sunday. We were at least able pray in front of the church which was still closed. As soon as it opened, it was time to head back to the bus. We understand that other people in the group are not necessarily interested in paying some time to thank our God. Peggy the tour guide knows her stuff and was fluent in explaining things in 3 languages, not an easy job aside from looking after the entire bus load of passengers. I will give her 4.5 out of 5. The driver Edgar deserves a 5 for his superb driving ability friendliness, and courtesy. We felt safe the whole trip. The whole family of 10 people enjoyed a memorable trip. Thank you Safeway Tours!

Expérience fantastique: Peggy and Edgar were wonderful Safeway tour hosts. The family enjoyed their company and their knowledge of all the historic sites we visited. It was a very informative tour with lots of stops. The tour was on time throughout the seven days which made for a more enjoyable trip experience. The rest stops were clean and the sites were all fun to explore. Peggy was very fair and rotated seats on the bus each day which was nice! She was very helpful speaking with the restaurant to ensure they could accommodate my brother’s food allergies. Thank you for your help! Suggestion for money/cash to be sorted or collected privately prior to the trip with proper receipts to avoid miscalculations or any money disputes on the bus in front of others. But overall the tour experience was great and we lucked out with good weather! :)

Expérience fantastique: 上周日，八月十一号剛从加東七日游回来。(紐賓士域省、斯高沙省、愛德華王子島、聖約翰市、孟敦市、哈利法斯市、渥太華、滿地可、魁北克 ) 终于完成了旅游项目计昼中的一个项目。雖然有点障碍但也尽兴而归.因為我们很幸運有个好導游。小杜，Charles不但友善，有礼貌还有丰富的旅游资讯经验，更加持有一棵善良的心。 女儿在旅游其间因不小心把脚踝扭伤了，地方正是在最难行的Peggy’s Cove。小杜二话不说就把女儿从高处背到停车位置。难得！（有视频为证）。旅游司机Howard人也很有善。而且車也开得很流畅。没有半点坐得不舒服的感觉 。我们下次再去旅游，一定会再跟着

They both served our group WELL and beyond. Kudos to both of them! Peggy speaks fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She is very dedicated and service-oriented. She puts her heart on what she does. Our itineraries daily were well explained and scheduled timely. From Toronto, Ontario, to the provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, in a short period of 7 days, was incredibly possible with their professional organization. Worth it ALL! I've learned history from Peggy's narration and from our on-site experiences. Plus, the hotels we stayed in were top-notch hotels to spend our nights. Free breakfast, too. Expérience fantastique: sandy’s hair built like edna mode from the incredibles but she has cool nails and a level 10 gyatt tour guide was sandy and bus driver was frank frank smoked cigarettes a lot which made him cool (funny smell) bus ride was safe and fast but wifi is really slow. i could not even load youtube. sandy had a lot of good explanations about the tour but has to improve engleesh pronunciation because half the time i did not understand what she said. the bus’ washroom was ok and did not have a bad smell overall i give this trip 9.5/10

Expérience fantastique: My first trip to ottowa and montreal it was very nice and during the tour guide sally and eric are very helpful,friendly,polite and give every details of the site.

Expérience positive: 參加了加26/7 加東5天， 跟了2個導遊， 一個Vena遊montreal, ontario, Quebue等等， 另一個是Jasmine遊Niagara falls. 首先講報名過程， 如果send email大部份都唔覆， wechat 又未必follow 你報名後既問題，可能wechat cs 覺得報左名就有人更進就唔理，要打長途電話先覆， 呢樣要改善。 頭3日行程Vena我最多比2-2.5 星， 第一日聯絡同我講佢個3日要最少報3個attractions, 當時其實我唔知係分開2個導遊， 我就話章程係成個行程係可以揀最少3個， 唔係跟佢3日就3個， niagara falls又3 個， 之後佢態度唔算好差， 但聽落都幾"掘' 咁話唔想同我拗， 話咁ok啦。 我覺得我唔係拗係講返白字黑字章程寫既野。 至於3日行程坐新車非常舒服， 但車wifi差少少成日斷線， 尤期坐尾排。 Carson司機揸車好定，值得一讚。 行程方面真係好急， 每次Vena車都未到景點就講要幾點上車， 但真係到達可能有些出入， 落左車要等齊人先買飛入場又可能少了10 分鐘參觀， 例如參觀montreal教堂比50 分鐘， 等齊人去完厠所開始都無左10 分鐘， 講解完後剩返10 分鐘唔夠影相真係非常無時間。另外 3日行程最後一日要6點起身只係要趕2點鐘千島湖遊船就真係非常辛苦。 Vena導遊成個行程講解中規中距， 用3種語言講解唔易， 但可以改善一下唔好似背書急口令咁。 唔滿意佢就係去到一個景點講解完之後就唔知去邊或走左上車， 幫團友影下相都無， 反而我見到其他泰安團導遊都幫團友影下相。 最差是去到農莊餐廳想refill食物， 附近無餐廳員工但剛Vena經過就叫佢幫忙， 佢竟然同我講你自己叫！ 行程第5天是Jasmine, 跟本是天淵之別， 佢比較多笑容同好helpful, 講野生動很多， 去到酒莊小朋友唔飲得酒就請小朋友飲葡萄汁， 非常好人。 Karen司機都非常nice同helpful, 只係搭完新車搭舊車感覺當然無咁好， 但感覺舊車wifi好過新車。 總結最尾行程拉返唔少分， 如果我只係參加Jasmine一日團有6星我都會比6星。

Expérience fantastique: I have joined the Safeways Eastern Canada tour, visiting various cities such as Toronto, Quebec, Kingston, Ottawa, etc. Vena, our tour guide is attentive, patient and so good at time management, whilst the driver Edmond is always cheerful and energetic. The coach that we rode on is brand-new and I’m impressed by the cleanliness. I would recommend this tour to my friends and family.

Expérience fantastique: We had an amazing 4-day tour to the US with Safeway Tours! Our tour guide, Howard, and bus driver, Barry, made the experience exceptional. Howard was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the cities and attractions we visited. He was incredibly organized, handling all the tickets, so we never had to wait in lines. He always pointed us to washrooms and food options, and our check-ins were always smooth. Plus, Howard was hilarious and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He was very inclusive and attentive to everyone's needs. Barry's driving was impressively smooth, making the long hours on the road comfortable. He also kept the bus spotless. Overall, it was a great trip. Safeway Tours was very professional and well-organized. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: This time, i joined the three-day tour to the Canada East. The three-day itinerary was arranged very well. Our tour guide, Vena, was extremely friendly and had a precise grasp of the timing of the itinerary. The driver, Howard, drove the vehicle smoothly and was also very friendly. He was careful when helping the group members with their luggage. Additionally, the new tour bus this time was excellent. The seats were spacious, equipped with USB charging ports, and the air conditioning was sufficient, making the long journey comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to others.
