Fantastic experience: This is my first time traveling with IHT. From the moment I signed up for my Italy trip, I was treated with kindness, loyalty, promptness, and respect. Liliana Pombo, our tour coordinator, is excellent . Everyone in the organization is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. All the regions we visited were spectacular. Our tour guide, Christopher, made sure everyone in our group was taken care of. He was on top of all our special needs to make our stay as memorable as possible. I will definitely book more future tours with IHT again.

Fantastic experience: Tour guide Director Christopher is the excellent professional guide for he prepared all information before setting out for next trips. He was calm, good communicator and very detailed. All in all, he was a valuable asset to clients and the company. Hope to see him again for the June trip 2025.

Positive experience: Our Pilgrimage was to Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico Nov 5-12/24. The itinerary was a mix of beautiful historical churches drizzled with some tourist spots like the Pyramids, silver shop and an overnight hotel stay on top of a cliff. We were fortunate to have had good people with us. Fr Jeremy our spiritual director from St Barnabas, Alex from IHT - very professional and attentive to anyone who needed help, Alfredo our tour guide - informative and amiable at the same time, our bus driver whose name escapes me now - very skilled in maneuvering tight spots and kept us safe. Hotel in Puebla need to be changed to a better maintained one. The others were ok. Our faith in God and our Lady of Guadalupe enhanced because of this pilgrimage. Worth doing it.

Positive experience: Thks very much for organizing the tour. Henry was a very good tour guide. Hotel accommodations were very good. Tour guides, at all the locations, were very good. Just one suggestion. It would be nice to get to the airport about 3 hours before the flight. Some of us 70 years old and above had a problem, making it to the departures, on time to board the flight. One lady fell on the escalator, with her baggage, and it was very difficult to get help.

Fantastic experience: Took a pilgrimage to Italy in November 2024 with International Heritage Tours and it was spectacular. The tour coordinator met us at the airport and was top notch in coordinating the group from start to finish. In each city that we visited, a local guide joined the group to provide a detailed and informative tour. Looking forward to traveling with IHT in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of joining IH Tour on a trip to Mexico, led by Alex, who I affectionately call "The Good Shepherd." From start to finish, Alex demonstrated exceptional leadership, care, and passion for ensuring everyone in the group had an unforgettable experience. Our tour guide Alfredo was very knowledgeable of the destinations and he made the trip remarkable. His ability to share historical and cultural insights made every stop on the tour more meaningful. Both Alex and Alfredo were always attentive to the needs of the group, ensuring we felt safe, supported, and well-informed. Whether it was organizing smooth transitions between activities or giving personalized recommendations, both went above and beyond to make our journey seamless and enjoyable. What truly stood out to me was their genuine warmth and their ability to bring the group together. They created a sense of camaraderie that made the experience even more special. Their dedication and enthusiasm were infectious, and their attention to detail ensured everything ran like clockwork. This tour was an exceptional blend of adventure, culture, and comfort, and much of that credit goes to Alex, Alfredo and the fantastic IH Tour team. I can't recommend this tour enough and look forward to traveling with them again in the future

Fantastic experience: Heritage Tours led a pilgrimage for our parish to Mexico. It was a very good experience. Everything was well organized, very accommodating to last minute changes and unforeseen interruptions, and everyone was well cared for. The group we went with consisted primarily of seniors, and Heritage took good care of them in the choices of locations to visit, hotels to stay in, meal plans, etc. Would recommend for sure.

Thanks Henry . **************************************** Dubai and Abu Dhabi Tour Nov 2024 - it is another success and unforgetable experience we had with Henry Roussesau at International Heritage our group was friendly, accomodating and fun to have with, Henry picked an excellent and very knowlegble tour guide Mr. Afifi, we visited Global village you can see the Floating Market selling International foods its beautiful at night with lights. Our hotel is beautiful, clean and good location with unlimited foods for breakfast and dinner. All 5 stars. Highly recommended IHT.

Positive experience: The Footsteps of John & Paul Excellent guides, fascinating destinations. There were some long bus rides but we had to cover a lot of ground. The cruise ship was average at best, but not why we went. Lots to digest and will enjoy remembering for years to come.

Our tour guide Stan is very nice and helpful and guide us from the beginning of our journey a day to the last day of our trip. I have so much memories and very satisfied on our trip.

Fantastic experience: Excellent pilgrimage. Fr. Chris' homilies were inspirational. Silence on the bus accommodated everyone: those who prayed, meditated, taking pictures, just looking through the bus windows’ and those who were sleeping. Praise the Lord for this trip.

Fantastic experience: IHT, most specially Henry were very professional and had attended to our needs during the tour tot the best of their ability. Henry makes sure that everyboy is accounted for before going and leaving a place of visit. He counts and double counts the number of members to maker surte everybody is accounted for. The places we visited were were very special as far as religious significance is concern.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time joining a pilgrimage. Henry Rousseau, our Tour Manager, did not disappoint me. We were a large group of different nationalities and Henry blended himself very well with us. He was very patient and well organized. He made sure we get the best tour guides. I wouldn't hesitate to join another tour with him as our tour manager.

Fantastic experience: Our pilgrimage to Portugal, Spain and France from October 15-26 was so far the best pilgrimage I have ever done. It was truly spiritually beautiful and nourishing. The group was nice, friendly and helpful whenever someone needed help to carry stuff .The couple coordinators(Jun & Ludy) were friendly and nice. Henry, the agent and leader, was detailed and concise when giving the itinerary for each day.The tour guides were knowledgeable and the driver was good and always smiling and on time. The hotels we stayed in were good, clean. Fr. Rony was a bonus. He never ran out of jokes but really serious when it comes to God. I will go with this group again whenever an opportunity comes. Positive experience: The hotel is ok but the meal in Italy/Rome is not likely a meal due no salad on the dinner course.

He was very helpful in providing details needed to prepare for the pilgrimage. He accompanied us to ensure all the itineraries were followed during our travels. Positive experience: I went on a pilgrimage with International Heritage Tours, by bus to Portugal, Spain & France. Halina was our tour guide & was very good at explaining where we were going each day & what the history was of the different areas we passed through on our way. The religious part of the trip was in Father Chris’ hands, as he said Mass every day in beautiful chapels, Cathedrals & Basilicas! Each day he left some little nugget of knowledge with us as we moved through our day. All the hotels were wonderful, although a couple were quite small, but comfortable. The meals were mainly buffets, so were.pretty good, but the dinners that were 3 or 4 course dinners were excellent For myself, I found the whole trip packed with way too many stops, the amount of people was way too many, & I found myself being rushed most of the time, but then I’m an older senior. I must say that Halina was very organized & so that was how she managed to pack so much in! At the end of the trip a good many of us caught colds, so I must say that by the time I arrived home I was exhausted, but happy to be home, with a great memory of the people I met & the places we visited. Fantastic experience: The tour of Fatima, Spain and Lourdes was very well organized. Helena ensured we were always reminded of next steps of the tour for the next day. Even though I still missed info. a couple of times. It is hard to realize how much attention a tourist must pay, and Helena and the guides were very aware of this. While most of the tour was exceptional, and I don't believe any other agency could do better. A suggestion, which would benefit a traveler like me, I would prefer if the tour could start in Spain and then end in Fatima, fly out of Lisbon. The reason being, Fatima and Lourdes were the highest priority in sites, for me. In the end we also had a bit too much time for shopping in Barcelona with nothing else to do. Shopping is not my big priority and I feel an extra night at Fatima (the first point of the tour would enable me and others to catch up with time difference, etc.) and extra half day spent in Lourdes would be more welcoming. I know a tour cannot get specifically tailored. Overall, it was an excellent trip. Thank you Helena and Heritage International Tours. Good job.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience the tour was well planned and coordinated nicely love the iternary our your guide Henry was amazing very kind very patient always with a smile he made the trip so much nicer snd of course his knowledge getting to the different countries also the tour guides were amazing I cannot complain even our bus drivers were exceptional would definitely recommend heritage tours and henry

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our trip to Greece very much. Michelle did a great job of keeping us together and was always upbeat and positive. The local tour guides were exceptional. Takis and Christina were second to none. They were always able to get us into places early in the day when the crowds weren't as big. The bus drivers were awesome, navigating the narrow, windy , steep , and busy streets and getting us into places that the guides wanted to get us to see. The one thing that IHT could improve on is having the tips included in the price upfront. Yes this will make the overall price a little higher but would eliminate the need to organize the collection of it. The tour leader could carry that amount and then pay at the appropriate times. We had a great time in Greece.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time on this tour. Transitions were smooth and seamless. All was taken care of. Just had to show up and enjoy! Would definitely book with International Heritage tours again!

Negative experience: Well organized.....good accomodations.....cruise was good.....But for a trip titled "In the footsteps of the Apostles Paul & John", the tour guides had very little biblical historical knowledge and nearly zero scriptural knowledge. They were the wrong guides for this trip....And thus I score the guides an 'A' in Greek methology, an 'A' in Greek history. and a 'D minus' "In the footsteps of the Apostle Paul & John'

Fantastic experience: Pilgrimage to Portugal,Spain & France. IHT did an excellent job of organizing this trip to see a lot of Cathedrals and Catholic historical sites. It was busy but there was a lot to see in 10 days. Masses were arranged in many of these Cathedrals. Jolanta did an excellent job of trying to keep 41 people going in the same direction. Jose was an excellent driver and Father Augustine was great doing the Masses wherever possible. It was our first pilgrimage but probably not our last.It was better than I expected.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been on three trips since 2022, with International Heritage Tours and Henry R. .. the most recent being to Portugal, France and Spain. We love IHT and Henry is the best tour manager anyone can ask for. He goes out of his way and beyond to make sure everything is ok and everyone is safe and having a good time. Right from the time you register for the tour Henry is very prompt in responding to emails, anytime of the day and yes also night, whether he’s travelling or at home, no matter what your question is he will answer it. Fantastic experience: It was an awesome Pilgrimage, There’s a lot of places that were covered and seen, although sometimes we are really so tired and don’t get enough sleep, the hotels are ok, some hotels served good food, others not so ok, but all in all we enjoyed the Pilgrimage and won’t hesitate to recommend or go again on another Pilgrimage with IHT.

Positive experience: We took a Pilgrimage to Portugal, Spain and France. Yolanda our Tour guide, Jose our Bus Driver and staff were top notch. Our Priest, Father Augustine was wonderful and preached the traditional words of Jesus. Only negatives was too much was packed into the trip. Only got 5 hours of sleep most nights and trip needs to be tailored down for adequate rest. Bathroom breaks were 20 minutes or less and no time to recuperate and little time to eat and rest. Toledo Spain hotel was the lone negative as staff was rude and arrogant and dinners were horrible. Rest of trip was top notch. Our Lourdes, France hotel was changed due to flooding and the new Hotel was the oldest in Lourdes. This hotel staff and food was excellent and the highlight of the trip. All members of our trip were excellent and it was a great time. This trip could have used an extra day to accommodate the stops involved. Adequate rest for older groups should be carefully considered but still a great trip!

Fantastic experience: Hello IHT! Yet another successful tour organized through your office. Tour scheduling was precise and destinations were awesome and very meaningful to your eyes and soul. While shedule was hectic, everything was a delightful perfect experience. Accommodations and food are excellent! No complaints! Yolanda was very knowledgeable and a very caring tour leader. Fantastic experience: Our recently concluded trip to Italy has been a wonderful experience both spiritually, historically and leisurely Accommodations are excellent. Henry, our rep from IHT did a wonderful job mapping our daily schedules. We covered everything that we hoped for. Our local tour guides are very well-informed. taking us to all these beautiful, magnificent cathedrals which are full of history. Spiritually, we well-fed. We had mass everyday in all places that we visited. Reflections and homilies of our spiritual director are very heart and soul warming. There is so much more to see in Italy, 13 days is not enough. Our trip to Medjugorje, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland with International Heritage Tours (IHT) in June of 2024, is filled with incredible memories. The entire experience from start to finish (booking the trip, communication, daily tour itineraries, meals, etc.) was amazing and awesome. We were a small cohesive group and although most of us met each other for the first time on this trip, we were happy to have made the acquaintance. We were very fortunate to have Stan Kwadrans, our IHT rep on the tour. He was the best resource, providing us with information at every designated tour stop, with regards to local culture, demographics, historical significance and even advising us on eateries and shopping options. With his well informed background, he added to the information shared by the local tour guides, who were very knowledgeable and detailed in their presentations. The tour was set at a good pace and allowed us the opportunity to even explore on our own. As a pilgrimage, the private Eucharistic celebrations scheduled every day were in chapels/churches of historical significance and offered a wonderful spiritual experience. Am glad we chose IHT and cannot wait to plan our future trips with them. Thanks to all who made this a grand 2 week memory in our lifetime!

The guide from I.H.T. and the guide in Mexico were absolutely great, very informative and took care of everything. We had no complaints at all from our group. Fantastic experience: As Tour Leader for the Marian Pilgrimage May 5-17 in 2024, I would like to thank Henry for a wonderful trip with our Spiritual Leader Fr Toby Collins CR. Many are at awe in Lourdes, then at the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and the other holy places we visited. The disabilities of some of our pilgrims did not stop them from experiencing a wonderful time because of the great fellowship with one another. Negative experience: April-May 2024 - I just completed the Catholic Pilgrimage to Medjugorje, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, and Poland.  Very disappointing trip.  I would give this tour a one star rating. The accommodations on the trip were poor.  It was sold as 4-star but some hotels were 1-2 star at best (stained carpets, outdated).  Some days on the bus were long (10-12 hours) and there were long walking tours with up to 200 steps. The tour director was abrasive, and defensive.  He spent the entire trip coughing which resulted in most of the group coming down with his cold.  Very disappointed.  There are much better options out there.

Fantastic experience: International Heritage Tours, especially Henry Rousseau, planned our pilgrimage to Greece and Turkey, The Steps of St. Paul, so beautifully. There was no stone left unturned. I have travelled with them in the past and will travel with them in future. They make the trip a balance of religious and cultural. Thanks Henry.

Negative experience: Hello, to anyone that was supposed to be going the Holy Land in the Spring of 2024. The company has informed us that the trip will be rescheduled till 2025. However, what they are not saying is that people need to request their money back. They are “waiting for the majority” to make a decision. This is wrong as there are many people that may have challenges to go in 2025 and the company is choosing to hold their money. Please know that if you were signed up to go on this trip in 2024 and you now have been told to wait till 2025, you have options. Please email them and get your money back.

Fantastic experience: A beautifully curated trip to Mexico and Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine as planned by Henry R. The trip took place between Nov 6 - 12th/23. Flights, hotels, excursions which was facilitated by our tour guide Alfredo and bus driver (Miguel). We always felt safe, had fun, and had a lot of time to pray, reflect, and have adventures on our own during our free time. Our days we were jam packed with activities. I believe the money spent on this pilgrimage was well spent. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Our Pilgrimage group of 120 people just arrived back from 2 weeks in the Holy Land and from cover-to-cover we were superbly prepared and informed by our agent, Henry Rousseau. Having travelled with Henry on a previous pilgrimage, I was very accustomed to his attention to detail and level of thorough care as well as his expertise on the ground, and once again we were extremely well taken care of in all of our locations with wonderful accommodations, intense & meaningful itineraries and a high attention to the safety and security of the tour group. Thanks to IHT and Henry for another wonderful experience and and for preparing this "trip of the lifetime" for us!

Fantastic experience: Henry at International Heritage Tours had been incredibly helpful and we were looking forward to the Pilgrimage to Portugal, France and Spain in October 2023. The Pilgrimage ended a day ago and we are so happy to say we had a spiritual trip, enjoying not just the religious and other sites, but also meeting other pilgrims, and the tour guides. Fantastic experience: Very uplifting and tiring but satisfying . Both me and my wife Vida enjoyed it . We have seen some places like Fatima, Monserrat and Compostela but the other places was nice. Fantastic experience: It was a very memorable trip. Our tour leader by the name of Robert Kudelski was very nice person. He checked all the pilgrims before and after each excursion making sure no one is left behind and make we are well fed after a day’s tour. I will give him 5stars for his well job done. He prepared our schedule the night before, he set up whatsapp group so everybody will get our schedule for the day and dinner time. Our bus has wifi. Well done.

Fantastic experience: Trip to Italy France Spain and Portugal with Father Cosmas. What an amazing trip! We were very busy visiting four countries in fifteen days but everything was very well organized. Our hotels were all beautiful, beds were comfortable and meals were good. Our bus drivers were very friendly and helpful with loading and unloading luggage. I have to give special mention to Father Cosmas for his friendliness, thoughtful sermons and spiritual guidance. God is great, all the time! Very special thank you to our guide Robert Kudelski. He was so attentive to the needs of everyone in our group, kept us all together and became one of our family. He made sure we knew the agenda for each day and was very patient when he had to repeat things! His sense of humor and signature saying "Thank you for your cooperation " kept us going on long days. The highlight of this trip for me were the lasting friendships we made. We were a unique cohesive group who helped each other, prayed together and laughed together right from day one. This was my second pilgrimage with Inernational Heritage Tours. I'm looking forward to my next trip with them. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic experience: We recently toured Italy, France, Spain and Portugal with IHT. Our excellent tour guide Robert kept us together and safe as a group. We became like family with our fellow pilgrims, our Priest and our guide. It certainly was an experience of a lifetime. There were many spiritual experiences and many adventures in all the cities that we visited. I would recommend IHT to others and would definitely travel with them again. This was my second Pilgrimage with this company.

Fantastic experience: I had the best time with my dad on the Eastern/Central Europe Catholic pilgrimage trip. Our itinerary maximized the highlights of each of the cities we visited while getting to celebrate Mass everyday in the most beautiful churches. Fantastic experience: Our pilgrimage on this journey was a very memorable experience. We saw many beautiful places, cities, churches, fantastic scenery on the bus rides, but most of all we met and made many new friends during this 2 week tour. Well organized, great tour guides, super nice hotels and meals. Since my wife was accompanied with a wheelchair, most places were accessible. Positive experience: I joined the tour both for spiritual and cultural enrichments. The cultural experience did not disappoint me. The travel guides were knowledgeable and courteous; Stan the pilgrimage coordinator was extremely patient :), for the spiritual part, Fr. Paul was a very good pilgrimage priest, always reminding us the purpose of the pilgrimage. My only suggestion is that we should have more time to pray on the important shrines that we visited, like the Infant Jesus of Prague; the Black Madonna & the Divine Mercy shrines in Krakow. Overall tho' it was worth it. Money wise, the cost of the travel was reasonable. Thank you again, Stan & all the IHT staff.

Fantastic experience: I have always wanted to ride a hot air balloon. Taking this adventure in Luxor, west bank of the River Nile on a sunrise definitely did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, where else can you fly above the most amazing view below and around the world wonders like the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the River Nile. Highly recommended. Fantastic experience: On our recent Pilgrimage to Italy, I experienced a land rich in Catholic culture and the history of Christianity. From the Vatican in Rome, experiencing the Papal Audience with the Holy Father and the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica to Assisi with the gentle beloved St. Francis, was such a great blessing. The impressive interior of the basilicas and cathedrals was a beauty to behold with all the sacred shrines, relics, and other treasured art.
