Not only they find you a good deal but also take extra time and steps to make sure you have no issues throughout your journey such as checking in, boarding and reaching your destination. I had to make an emergency trip, so I talked to Ziba who works here and she found me a last minute ticket at a reasonable price and also made sure I get there without any issues. And despite some delays and cancellations by airline she was able to find me a different flight and made sure I get home with no delays and extra costs. I definitely suggest this Agency and Ziba.

She was lucky that her passport was found and returned to her but she missed the connecting flight. We desperately approached the agency hotline. They were with us throughout this tough time and in less than 15 minutes, everything was sorted out and now my kids are on their way to Florence.
