Negative experience: Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. On Friday, 27-09-24, I wanted to send a package, the office was supposed to be open, but I could only kiss the closed grate at the office entrance.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Always helpful. Have been using them to send parcels to family in Eastern Europe for years always with good results. More efficient than Canada Post!

Negative experience: Came from out of town on a Thursday 10 am to ship out multiple parcels to Europe. No one was there. There was a hand written notice on the door stating the office was closed till the following Monday. There was no information on the phone message indicating the office was closed. This is the second time this has happened. Will never do business with polimex ever again.

Negative experience: I do not recommend the company. Packages do not arrive on time. People are misled over the phone with evasive false information. Very poor service. Misleading people. Packages arrive with damaged items because they are held in the warehouse for a month or longer. There is no hope for delivery in 8 weeks as advertised everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Very happy I found out about Polimex. A much more affordable alternative for shipping parcels to Poland and throughout Europe. The woman who helped me tonight was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location looks clean and organized and they offer a number of services including travel. As long as my parcel makes it to Poland (which Im sure it will), Polimex gets my 5 star seal of approval. Highly recommend!!
