Fantastic experience: This review is for Karol Chareza: my husband and I were looking for a last-minute honeymoon vacation after two years of being married and after long extensive research and reaching out to different travel agents and companies, there was no phone call or emails back from other travel agents that I have reached out to and hanging on our last hope I found an amazing all inclusive to St. Lucia on tripcentral.ca. I contacted Karol immediately. He was so kind respectful helpful. Fantastic experience: I have always used Tripcentral.ca for my all-inclusive resort vacation. I find their web site easy to navigate and particular like how the summaries of the packages are displayed on a single page. It means fewer clicks for me to find the right package and that is user-friendly. When it comes to booking, I prefer to call their number to work with an agent. I get to talk to an agent in my area and find that more personal. I worked with Melanie Larocque for my latest booking. Melanie is excellent to work with and returns my calls promptly. The price of my package dropped on Black Friday. Since I purchased Cancellation Insurance, I was able to cancel and rebook. Though there were costs associated with the cancellation, I was able to make some savings. I really appreciate Melanie explaining the details and taking care of all these for me.

At first I was having trouble booking online because there was an issue with the new American Amex cards, but Nicole was able to help me book my trip seamlessly over the phone. She also provided additional informative emails such as visitor tax, things to do during my stay etc. Nicole was also timely in responding to my emails. I definitely recommend booking with this service.

Positive experience: We recently booked a trip using this service. Note, the website does not show the amount of tickets available at a given price, which would be very helpful especially if you are coordinating with another family / separate transaction. We had to cancel our initial booking immediately, and had to call / rebook at a different price with one of their agents. We called and spoke with one of the agents (Brenda) who was very helpful, and once we had our bookings everything was smooth. We enjoyed our trip!

While making a decision there was a threat of Sara another hurricane in the Caribbean Natalie took her time explaining watching updating me on information about the storm. Negative experience: Just wanted to clarify that my 1 star rating is for the agent, SUSAN SNIDER and has no reflection on Tripcentral. I have used Tripcentral for booking my previous trips and always dealt with different agents without any issues. However, this time around, I had a misfortune of booking with Susan Snider, who was not only unreliable, evasive and unprofessional, but also lacked ethical credibility. I booked our annual family trip for 5 people and according to Susan, I had an option to add medical trip cancellation insurance for my senior mom within 24 hour timeframe of the booking. I phoned the very next day to inform Susan that I wished to add the insurance for my mom, to which she agreed and promised she would email the policy as soon as she could. Needless to say, 1 month after booking, Susan never emailed the insurance policy. I got a hold of her 2x, where she provided excuses of why she hadn't done it yet, always promising to do so. One time during her absence, I reached out to her colleague and inquired whether she saw the insurance policy in my mom's file, however to my dismay, she said there was no policy in place. This information prompted me to reach out to management and report my experience with Susan, as it was blatantly obvious that she failed to add the policy within the required 24 hour timeframe from the time of booking. With this new information, I realized why Susan avoided returning our phone calls and emails over a period of a month. Needless to say Tripcentral intervened and everything worked out in the end.

Fantastic experience: Karol has been such a pleasure to book with. He was knowledgeable and considerate of my issues and needs and only gave me choices that met my budget, never trying to upsell me. He was very careful with checking that the hotel matched my hopes and diverted me away from any potential disruptions, ie. the hotel I was originally booking was not in fact open at the time of booking so he didn't want to chance that I would go down and be transferred to a hotel not of my choosing. Thank you so much for advising me and I'm greatly looking forward to visiting the Allegro in Cozumel, Mexico.

Thank you Louise. Subsequent to this review our flight was canceled by West Jet due to route reductions. Although Louise was not available Steve jumped in and found an alternate airline and rescheduled 11 days earlier. He also took care of fixing the dates on our health and cancelation insurance. In doing so he managed to reduce the total cost by $1000 because of the reschedule. Thankyou Steve.

Negative experience: I recently booked a trip through tripcentral for an all inclusive trip in Mexico, for next month. I chose to go through tripcentral as they had an Amazon promotion going on (it was the same price to book through them vs sunwing directly). Within 1 hr of booking, I realized I wanted to change my credit card for the booking, as one of my credit cards has travel insurance. When I want to call them, they said they would look into it for me. They advised me that Sunwing would not charge me for changing the credit card on file, but they would charge me around $65 for the hassle of updating it in the system. I asked to speak to the manager, however they said it would take up to 1 day to talk to them. I ended up calling sunwing directly and they ended up changing the credit card for me and refunding the amount on my other card. 1 day later I get a call from a manager/customer service person from tripcentral and they told me the information I was given on the phone was incorrect and I should have never been told I would be charged, as it was within 24 hrs of the booking. By this point, I already rectified the situation with sunwing. Moral of the story: I will only be booking directly from now on. Won’t use them again if they are going to charge me these unnecessary fees and give me false information.
