Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place.... not professional and very rude stuff

Negative experience: Let me make it simple. They misspelled my wife's last name on the ticket.... and not fixing it.. costing me more money for a problem he made. Do not us this if you want to be a happy traveler. hard for them to take down accurate information. Plus no customer service. Thank you

Negative experience: I have been dealing with Sammi for 10 years. He is fast and quick to get you to book but always making you feel rushed qnd that he has million things going on. Do not know why I kept going back to him maybe because I'm usually super easy and book fast. This trip however I was travelling back home and was unsure about my return date so we agreed that I'll be changing that if needed (I knew I would be charged more). Now that I'm on my trip trying to get a hold of him has been impossible as there's no email available. Got my friend to fall and ask him to send me options and gave him flexible dates and I waited and waited and nothing. She called him again he rushed her and said yea yea I'll send her an email. Still nothing. My friend called again and told him how time sensitive this is as my job is waiting for a confirmed date and she just asked for an airline number that I can call form where I am he was rude saying she can find it herself and hung up on her. Every time I was so patient he's always distracted and horrible at multitasking or listening. Repeats himself over and over. Do yourself a favor find another travel agent or book online because once you pay you are no longer a priority. So disappointed as I like to be loyal and go the people I usually work with and I'm a frequent traveler but never again.

Negative experience: Literally worst customer service! DON’T GO HERE!!! They have no respect. I was simply asking questions concerning MY tickets and they were yelling at me and being so rude because I didn’t understand why I couldn’t make a mid-stop returning flight. I tried calling back multiple times and they wouldn’t pick up my phone calls then finally picked up and were rude again. They don’t know how to talk to customers and are extremely rude. Go anywhere but here!
